The Payment Calculator provides an ESTIMATED monthly payment and is to be used solely as a tool that gives a ballpark figure. Final costs are entirely dependent on an estimate.  For Furnace and A/C units pricing is based on your existing ductwork being able to be used.

Furnace costs range from $5000 to$10000+ depending on the size of your home and the efficiency of the furnace you choose and if you choose a communicating furnace. There are rebates for high-efficiency units. We can help you apply for these rebates and apply the rebate to your invoice.

A/C units can range from $4500 to $9k, again dependent on unit efficiency, home size and more.

Mini-split heat pump costs vary from $6k to $13k based on the number of heads your home needs. We offer wall-units, in-floor cassette units as well as ceiling mounted units.

You have a choice regarding payment terms. The calculator lists your options. The last column shows you what you would pay per additional $1000 financed. So if you decided you wanted a high-efficiency, communicating furnace (saves you money each month on heating costs) and the additional cost was $2000 you would simply double the per $1000 payment to see what the additional monthly payment would be.
